About the Role We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Engineer to join an exciting enterprise security engineering and transformation initiative at Genpact. Key Responsibilities • Implement enterprise cybersecurity and security engineering solutions • Design and implement security architecture and technology • Manage cloud security for Azure and AWS platforms • Oversee endpoint security, EDR/XDR, and SIEM systems • Ensure network security and identity management • Conduct vulnerability management and risk remediation • Implement Zero Trust and privileged access management • Utilize PowerShell, Python, and security automation • Work with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, CrowdStrike, Splunk, Qualys, and Tenable • Apply NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks Requirements • 8–10 years of experience in enterprise security solutions • Strong background in security control modernization • Expertise in cloud security and automation • Experience in cross-functional collaboration
