About the Role We are hiring for a large multi-entity group rolling out a new D365 Customer Engagement platform. This role involves working on a multi-year transformation project. Key Responsibilities • Lead business workshops and shape requirements • Configure the D365 platform • Run testing and UAT • Align reporting with Power BI • Build across Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure, C#, .NET Core, JavaScript and React • Integrate external ERPs and F&O with the new CRM Requirements • Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM • Knowledge of Customer Profiles, Insights and Event Management modules • Experience with Power BI • For the developer role: experience with Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure, C#, .NET Core, JavaScript and React • Experience with ERP and F&O systems Compliance/AML or retail/supply chain experience is a bonus.
