About the Role We are looking for an experienced D365 Development Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM Online and Cloud Platform. This is a 12-month contract-to-hire (C2C) opportunity requiring 13+ years of experience. Key Responsibilities • Lead development of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions • Implement customizations and configurations • Develop plugins, custom workflows, and C# applications • Create client-side scripting using JavaScript/TypeScript • Build Power Automate and Power Apps solutions • Integrate with external systems • Develop PCF controls and modern UI using Fluent UI, TypeScript, and React • Manage deployment activities and release management • Work with the Dynamics 365 Field Service module Requirements • 13+ years of overall experience in Dynamics 365 development • Strong hands-on development skills • Expertise in delivering scalable cloud-based CRM solutions • Experience with the latest version of Dynamics 365 Cloud Platform • Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service module • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React • Knowledge of Power Platform components • Experience with PCF Control Development • Understanding of deployment and release management processes
