The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, complex query writing, and data analysis using PostgreSQL and Snowflake, along with exposure to AI-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Analyze and support leasing/space data initiatives within the CRE domain Understand and interpret complex data models and relationships Write and optimize complex SQL queries in PostgreSQL and Snowflake Perform data analysis to generate actionable insights Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across datasets Leverage AI tools and analytics techniques to enhance insights Required Skills 10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / Data Engineer Strong expertise in data modeling and data relationships Advanced SQL skills with PostgreSQL and Snowflake Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills Experience working with large datasets and enterprise data environments Preferred Qualifications Experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) domain Exposure to AI/ML tools for data insights Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Management, Information Science, or Business Analytics Please share resume at [Upgrade to PRO to see contact]
