This is a 100% remote, contract opportunity — freelancers are welcome. 📌 Position Details Role: Data Architect Experience: 13+ Years Opportunity Type: Contract Location: Remote Budget: ₹1.5 - 1.8 LPM 🔹 Key Responsibilities Design and lead end-to-end cloud data architectures (lakehouse & enterprise platforms) Architect and implement Databricks solutions (Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Databricks SQL, Workflows) Define data modeling standards (3NF, dimensional, Kimball, Inmon) Build scalable ETL/ELT frameworks and metadata-driven transformations Establish data governance, lineage, quality, and MDM (Profisee preferred) Lead architecture decisions and mentor engineering teams Design Azure-native data platforms using ADF, ADLS, Azure SQL, Synapse, Stream Analytics Collaborate with stakeholders and defend architecture decisions 🛠 Must-Have Skills ✅ 13+ years overall experience (4+ years as Data Architect) ✅ Strong Databricks expertise (Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, SQL, Workflows) ✅ Python, Apache Spark, distributed data processing ✅ Advanced SQL performance tuning ✅ Azure Data Services (ADF, ADLS, Synapse, Azure SQL, Fabric) ✅ Lakehouse & enterprise data platform architecture ✅ CI/CD & IaC (Terraform / ARM / Bicep) 📩 Interested?
