About the Role We are looking for a Data Architect to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. This role focuses on designing and implementing data solutions on cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities • Architect production solutions on Microsoft Azure • Design and implement data solutions using Databricks and Snowflake • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Ensure data governance and security practices are followed Requirements • 12–15 years of overall IT experience with focus on cloud, data engineering, and enterprise architecture • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure • 5+ years of experience with Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow, Unity Catalog) • Proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, and distributed data processing frameworks • Deep understanding of data modeling, data governance, metadata management, and modern security practices • Experience with Terraform, Azure Bicep, ARM Templates, GitOps, and end-to-end automation • Strong knowledge of Azure networking, Azure Active Directory, RBAC, encryption, identity governance, and security frameworks (NIST, CIS benchmarks)
