About the Role We are seeking an experienced Data Operations professional to support campaign execution, production data workflows, quality control, and operational issue management. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth operational delivery. Key Responsibilities • Monitor campaign execution and ensure processing, quality control, and delivery activities are completed accurately • Support campaign setup changes, mapping updates, cost refreshes, reruns, and production corrections • Perform first-level QC of campaign outputs and investigate data anomalies • Validate processing results, record counts, trends, and operational controls • Serve as an onshore point of contact for production issues, failed jobs, and data discrepancies • Perform initial troubleshooting and determine appropriate escalation paths • Collaborate with Data Management, Product Support, Development, Data Ingestion, Client Engagement, and partner teams • Translate business issues into clear technical support requests Requirements • Experience in Data Operations, Production Support, Application Support, Campaign Operations, or Analytics Operations • Strong SQL skills and ability to query large datasets and investigate discrepancies • Experience supporting scheduled production workflows, batch processing, or data pipelines • Strong troubleshooting and first-level issue analysis skills • Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and quality control • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple deliverables, incidents, and operational priorities • Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
