About the Role We are seeking a Data Science & Analytics Specialist to join our Learning & Development team at Tetron Technologies. This role involves delivering training in data science and analytics, designing curricula, and mentoring learners to help shape the next generation of data professionals. Key Responsibilities • Deliver training in Python, Statistics, SQL, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Visualization • Design industry-relevant curricula, assignments, hands-on labs, and capstone projects • Mentor learners, guide projects, and support interview preparation • Introduce emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) • Evaluate learner performance and continuously improve training quality Requirements • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Analytics, and/or relevant training • Strong expertise in Python, SQL, Machine Learning, and data visualization tools • Knowledge of TensorFlow/PyTorch, Power BI/Tableau, cloud platforms, and MLOps is an advantage • Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and problem-solving skills Benefits • Competitive compensation based on experience • Professional growth and upskilling opportunities • Exposure to diverse learners and real-world industry projects • A collaborative, learning-driven environment
