About the Role We are seeking a Data Scientist to join the Matching 3D project at Forem. This role involves developing the M3D matching engine and integrating it into the Single Citizen File (CRM Dynamics) to replace current matching tools. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop presentation interfaces for the M3D engine results • Format the explainability of matching criteria and create monitoring dashboards • Contribute to the development of the engine itself, including matching logic and API contracts • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders in workshops and demonstrations Requirements • Recent experience as a Data Scientist with expertise in end-to-end AI application development • Experience in frontend development and results reporting on Microsoft technology platforms • Proficiency in Azure, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Fabric, Python, and R • Native or fluent level in Dutch or French, English is a plus
