About the Role We are seeking a Database & Business Analytics Manager to join our team in Tampa, FL. This role involves managing database systems and providing business intelligence solutions. Key Responsibilities • Manage SQL Server and Oracle databases • Develop and maintain SQL solutions • Implement data modeling and ETL processes • Create business intelligence dashboards and reports • Lead database security initiatives • Manage data governance policies Requirements • 7+ years of experience in database management • 3+ years of leadership experience • Proficiency in SQL Server and Oracle • Experience with SQL development and database architecture • Knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and data integration • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau • Understanding of cloud technologies and data governance • Strong team leadership and vendor management skills • Executive communication abilities Must be able to commute to Tampa.
