About the Role We are seeking a Databricks AI Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on developing and implementing AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Fabric. Key Responsibilities • Build, orchestrate, and productionize AI agents and AI-powered solutions • Develop reusable frameworks and scalable AI solutions • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions • Implement CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and observability for AI applications • Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, and Responsible AI principles Requirements • 5–8 years of experience in AI engineering • Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and AI Agent development • Experience with Microsoft Fabric and enterprise data platforms • Understanding of agent workflows, integrations, and business system connectivity • Knowledge of CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and observability for AI applications • Strong collaboration skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions
