About the Role We are looking for experienced Databricks Architects to join a major retail client in North America. This role involves leading one of the industry's largest Databricks implementations, focusing on solution design and hands-on environment setup. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement Databricks solutions for a large-scale retail client • Set up and configure the Databricks environment • Lead customer engagements from end to end • Architect and optimize large-scale Spark workloads Requirements • 5+ years hands-on experience with Databricks • 5+ years in Data Architecture, Analytics Delivery, or Data Consulting • Track record of leading customer engagements end-to-end • Deep expertise in Apache Spark, PySpark, and Databricks SQL • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
