About the Role We are looking for a Databricks Resident Solution Architect to join our team for a contract position. This role requires extensive experience in data engineering, data platforms, and modern data warehousing. Key Responsibilities • Deliver end-to-end Databricks implementations • Provide solution architecture and consulting services • Work with clients to understand their data needs • Implement data solutions using Databricks and related technologies Requirements • 15+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, Data Analytics, and Modern Data Warehousing • 10+ years of consulting and client-facing experience • Strong Solution Architecture skills with hands-on Databricks expertise • Delivered 6–8+ end-to-end Databricks implementations • Advanced Databricks certification – Data Engineer Professional or equivalent • Strong expertise in Apache Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Workflows, MLflow, and Delta Live Tables • Hands-on experience with AWS / Azure / GCP, ETL/ELT, DevOps, CI/CD, and MLOps • Experience in Public Sector, Banking, or Healthcare is preferred
