About the Role We are looking for a Delphi Engineer to join our team and work on legacy application support and modern technology migration. This role involves maintaining existing Delphi applications and supporting their migration to C#/.NET. Key Responsibilities • Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot existing Delphi applications • Identify root causes of production issues and resolve bugs • Work with Delphi/Object Pascal, Firebird Database, and SQL queries • Manage Windows Services and applications running on virtual machines • Handle application installation, configuration, and deployment • Analyze legacy code and document technical processes • Support the gradual migration of Delphi applications to C#/.NET • Collaborate with developers, testers, database teams, and infrastructure teams Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Delphi/Object Pascal • Good knowledge of Firebird Database and SQL queries • Experience in application maintenance, debugging, and production support • Knowledge of Windows Services and deployment processes • Familiarity with Git and version control • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills • C#/.NET knowledge will be an added advantage
