Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support to our client's site in Vienna, Austria. The engineer will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical assistance, resolving end-user issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the site. Key Responsibilities -Provide first level technical support to end users (hardware, software, and network). -Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, VPN, and connectivity. -Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, business applications, and standard IT tools. -Perform user account administration (Active Directory, Office 365, permissions, groups). -Support meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, and other on-site equipment.
