About the Role We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Austin, TX. This role involves providing technical support for desktop and laptop hardware, software installation, and executive-level support. Key Responsibilities • Provide technical support for desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting • Install and support Windows software • Support Microsoft Office 365 and MS Teams • Support Cisco Webex and video conferencing systems • Provide executive-level (white-glove) support Requirements • 4–5+ years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support • Strong experience with desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting • Experience with Windows software installation and technical support • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 and MS Teams • Experience supporting Cisco Webex and video conferencing systems • Knowledge of IT documentation and knowledge articles Benefits
