About the Role We are actively looking for reliable Desktop Technicians to provide onsite support, Smart Hands assistance, and infrastructure migration support for an exciting upcoming project. Key Responsibilities • Perform physical site walkthroughs, verify rack space, power, cooling, cabling, and network connectivity, and validate equipment inventory • Set up and configure laptops, desktops, workstations, and peripherals; perform OS imaging, software installation, driver updates, and domain/network configurations • Rack, stack, install, patch, and connect switches, routers, and wireless access points; test LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi and troubleshoot cabling or connectivity issues • Install servers and IT equipment, check device status, perform authorized hardware replacements or power cycles, and validate storage and application connectivity • Execute migration runbooks, coordinate with remote engineering teams, troubleshoot endpoint/network/identity issues, and maintain accurate ticket updates • Provide 48-hour hypercare support, verify endpoint functionality and user authentication, and safely de-rack/disconnect approved equipment Requirements • Updated resume and a professional picture required • USC and GC work authorization only
