About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Developer Platform/Product Manager with a strong foundation in Project Management to join our dynamic team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management acumen to drive product development initiatives and ensure successful delivery. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and implementation of platform/product solutions • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope • Utilize project management methodologies to track progress and mitigate risks • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders • Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and project management • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical and project management issues • Continuously evaluate and improve development processes and methodologies Requirements • Strong Project Management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Extensive experience in software development, particularly in platform/product environments • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 10–15 years of experience in software development and project management • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment
