About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Development Scientist with expertise in Oral Solid Dose (OSD) formulation to join our team in Virginia, USA. This is a contract position for 1–2 years with potential for permanent conversion.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct OSD formulation development
• Perform material characterization
• Lead process development, scale-up, and technology transfer
• Conduct technical risk assessments and process optimization
Requirements
• 8–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical development
• Strong background in Oral Solid Dose (OSD) formulation
• Experience with material characterization techniques
• Proven track record in process development and scale-up
• Ability to perform technical risk assessment and process optimization
