About the Role We are seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in managing and troubleshooting the complete platform stack. This role requires strong technical skills in database administration, messaging systems, containerization, and infrastructure automation. Key Responsibilities • Independently install, configure, upgrade, secure, monitor, and troubleshoot the complete platform stack • Support production-grade applications • Manage databases, Kafka, Kubernetes, and overall infrastructure • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation solutions • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities Requirements • 10+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering • Strong experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL database administration • Proficiency with Apache Kafka and Kubernetes • Docker and Linux/Unix administration skills • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git • Shell and Python scripting abilities • Knowledge of cloud and on-premises environments • Understanding of networking, security, and troubleshooting • Experience with backup, recovery, and high availability/disaster recovery Benefits • Opportunity to work on complex telecom systems • Chance to contribute to infrastructure automation and optimization
