About the Role We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role focuses on supporting a customer-facing agentic AI customer support platform with hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), CI/CD automation, and infrastructure management. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or ArgoCD • Provision and manage GCP infrastructure using Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools • Work with GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and GCP IAM • Automate deployments and implement blue/green or canary release strategies • Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting using Cloud Monitoring, Datadog, or Grafana • Support API and webhook integrations between Google Conversational Agents (CCAI/Dialogflow CX) and Kore.ai IVR • Troubleshoot production deployment issues and enforce cloud security best practices Requirements • 2–5 years of DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering experience • 2+ years of hands-on CI/CD pipeline experience • 2+ years of GCP experience • Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools • Python, Bash, or Groovy scripting • Docker, Kubernetes/GKE, Git, and source control • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
