About the Role ArkaVanta Systems is seeking a senior DevOps engineer with extensive experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes to join their team. This role involves managing production infrastructure, ensuring security, and implementing automation solutions. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain production infrastructure on GCP • Implement and manage security protocols and disaster recovery plans • Automate deployment processes using Terraform and CI/CD tools • Monitor and optimize cloud resources using Prometheus and Grafana • Ensure high availability and reliability of systems Requirements • 8+ years of experience in DevOps engineering • Strong experience with GCP services including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, IAM, and Cloud SQL • Proficiency in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) • Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and Cloud Build • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Prometheus, and Grafana • Strong Linux, networking, and DNS skills • Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting • Understanding of security, high availability, disaster recovery, and RCA Benefits • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies • Collaborative and innovative work environment
