About the Role Join the Application & Cloud Transformation (ACT) team driving OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) adoption across Wells Fargo. This role focuses on enabling cloud-native strategy, customer onboarding, and runtime management at enterprise scale in a regulated BFS environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead OpenShift enterprise adoption & transformation • Build automation & IaC (Terraform/Ansible) • Implement CI/CD pipelines & observability • Ensure security, risk, and compliance • Collaborate with global platform, infra, and app teams Requirements • 7–10+ years of experience in DevOps • 5+ years of experience with OpenShift (build, deploy, secure, manage) • 5+ years of experience with Linux & container orchestration • 3+ years of experience with Ansible / Terraform • 3+ years of experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab, Tekton, Harness, ArgoCD) • 3+ years of experience with Monitoring (Splunk, Grafana, AppD, New Relic, Elastic) • Experience with Cloud (Azure/GCP) & hybrid infrastructure • Automation scripting (Bash/Python)
