About the Role We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong AWS expertise and some Azure experience to support banking technology platforms. This role requires hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation, deployment processes, monitoring, and production support in a banking or financial services environment. Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS services • Support Azure cloud environments and integrations as required • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application build, testing, and deployment • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management • Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting processes • Work with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to improve deployment reliability • Support production releases, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis • Follow banking security, access-control, compliance, and change-management standards • Improve system availability, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with AWS • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps • Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation • Scripting skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred • Knowledge of cloud monitoring, logging, networking, and security • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills • Prior banking or financial services domain experience is mandatory Candidate Requirements • Must be willing to work onsite four days per week in Lewisville, TX or Jacksonville, FL • Must be eligible for W2 employment
