About the Role We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on supporting production systems and stabilizing deployment pipelines. Key Responsibilities • Support business-critical 24×7 production systems • Troubleshoot incidents across Linux, Kubernetes, CI/CD, networking, and applications • Stabilize deployment pipelines and ensure safe rollbacks • Participate in weekday-focused on-call rotations • Monitor system performance, investigate alerts, and improve operational reliability • Maintain runbooks and document recovery procedures • Support legacy systems and complex production environments Requirements • Strong hands-on Linux experience • Experience with DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering • Knowledge of Kubernetes Cluster Operations • Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines – GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Octopus, or similar • Experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud • Working knowledge of Terraform • Understanding of Monitoring and Observability tools – Prometheus, Grafana, and Logging Tools • Scripting skills – Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar • Experience with Hybrid Infrastructure – Cloud and On-Premises Environments • Knowledge of API Gateway, Networking, and Deployment Troubleshooting
