About the Role We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and ensuring production system reliability. Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins • Monitor production systems and improve reliability through observability • Participate in on-call support and incident management • Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams • Support enterprise DevOps and SRE initiatives Requirements • Strong hands-on experience in DevOps engineering within enterprise environments • Experience developing and supporting CI/CD pipelines • Hands-on experience with Jenkins • Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts and practices • Experience with observability, monitoring, and production system reliability • Readiness to participate in on-call rotations • Experience with incident management (TOC) and production troubleshooting • Software engineering experience with programming concepts and IDEs • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaboration skills • PV W2 only • Local candidates only – Plano, TX or Richmond, VA • Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite per week • Candidates must successfully complete a technical assessment during the interview process
