About the Role We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) responsible for training engineering teams in applying AI to platform operations and reliability engineering. Key Responsibilities • Train engineering teams on applying AI to platform operations and reliability engineering • Deliver hands-on training covering pipeline troubleshooting • Support Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) generation using Terraform and Kubernetes • Create and maintain incident runbooks • Perform log and anomaly analysis • Support security-scanning integration • Promote the effective use of AI in operational and engineering workflows Requirements • 6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) • Strong experience with CI/CD practices and pipeline troubleshooting • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure • Strong knowledge of observability and monitoring practices • Experience in incident management and operational support • Expertise in automation and DevSecOps practices • Practical knowledge of security risks involved in using AI with source code, logs, configurations, and operational data • Good stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience communicating with customer stakeholders • Experience driving change initiatives in Global and Enterprise environments
