About the Role We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) responsible for training engineering teams in applying AI to platform operations and reliability engineering. Key Responsibilities • Train engineering teams on applying AI to platform operations and reliability engineering. • Deliver hands-on training covering pipeline troubleshooting. • Support Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) generation using Terraform and Kubernetes. • Create and maintain incident runbooks. • Perform log and anomaly analysis. • Support security-scanning integration. • Promote the effective use of AI in operational and engineering workflows. Requirements • 8+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE). • Strong experience with CI/CD practices and pipeline troubleshooting. • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure. • Strong knowledge of observability and monitoring practices. • Experience in incident management and operational support. • Expertise in automation and DevSecOps practices. • Practical knowledge of security risks involved in using AI with source code, logs, configurations, and operational data. • Good stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience communicating with customer stakeholders. • Experience driving change initiatives in Global and Enterprise environments. • Requires strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management capabilities in addition to technical expertise
