About the Role We are looking for a DevOps & Production Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves managing cloud infrastructure and providing production support. Key Responsibilities • Manage AWS services including EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, VPC, and IAM • Implement and maintain Kubernetes and Docker environments • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions • Monitor systems using Splunk and Dynatrace • Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform • Provide production support and incident management • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) • Implement deployment strategies including blue-green, canary, and rolling deployments Requirements • 15–20 years of experience in DevOps and production support • Strong knowledge of AWS services • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker • Proficiency in GitHub Actions and CI/CD practices • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace • Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code • Knowledge of JBoss, Informatica, and RabbitMQ • Strong Linux/RHEL skills with Bash scripting • Proficiency in Python • All listed skills are mandatory.
