About the Role We are seeking a DevOps Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise platform modernization programs. This role involves managing complex cloud migrations and driving DevSecOps practices across engineering teams. Key Responsibilities • Manage enterprise platform/application modernization programs • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale platform modernization programs • Define program strategy, roadmap, milestones, and execution plans • Drive cloud migration and cloud-native transformation initiatives • Lead enterprise CI/CD transformation and standardize deployment processes • Drive adoption of DevSecOps practices and integrate security controls • Partner with multiple teams to manage cross-functional dependencies • Establish program-level governance covering scope, schedule, risks, and metrics • Identify technical risks and drive remediation and decision-making • Improve release automation, deployment reliability, and engineering productivity Requirements • Strong experience managing enterprise platform/application modernization programs • Deep understanding of cloud architecture and migration, preferably AWS and/or Microsoft Azure • Strong knowledge of CI/CD architecture, deployment automation, and release orchestration • Hands-on understanding of modern engineering technologies like Git, Jenkins, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes • Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, secure SDLC, automated security scanning, and vulnerability remediation • Understanding of microservices, APIs, container platforms, infrastructure as code, observability, SRE, and cloud-native architecture • Experience coordinating complex migrations involving applications, infrastructure, databases, and production cutovers
