About the Role We are looking for an experienced DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer to join our team in a fully remote role. This position requires strong hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, automation, CI/CD, and cloud security. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain Azure/AWS infrastructure, including Amazon EKS environments. • Containerize applications using Docker and support migrations to Kubernetes. • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, and Python. • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitOps workflows with ArgoCD. • Implement monitoring, logging, and tracing using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry. • Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, automate remediation, and improve service reliability. • Implement secrets management and access controls using HashiCorp Vault and AWS IAM. • Support disaster recovery, backup strategies, and cloud cost optimization. • Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with development teams to deliver secure, repeatable releases. Requirements • 8+ years of relevant engineering experience, including hands-on DevOps or platform engineering. • Strong experience with Azure/AWS, Amazon EKS, Kubernetes, and Docker. • Proficiency in Python scripting, Terraform, and Ansible. • Experience building Jenkins pipelines and ArgoCD/GitOps workflows. • Hands-on knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry. • Understanding of cloud networking, IAM, secrets management, and DevSecOps practices. • Experience troubleshooting production environments and managing incidents. • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
