As we expand our digital presence, we are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer who can manage and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms and drive high-quality lead generation. Key Responsibilities • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), LinkedIn, and YouTube • Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI and cost efficiency • Implement audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategies to maximize performance • Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve results • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and performance reports • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure effective campaign execution and consistent branding • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and performance advertising • Hands-on experience running ads on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and YouTube • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, audience targeting, and conversion tracking • Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns • Strong communication skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Comfortable working EST timezone hours • Reliable internet connection for remote work Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required) • Experience in the Canadian immigration industry or service-based businesses • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as SuiteCRM, Mailchimp, or similar platforms How to Apply Send the following to [Upgrade to PRO to see contact]: • Updated Resume • Portfolio (campaign results, dashboards, or case studies preferred) Subject Line: Application – Digital Marketer – Gunness & Associates
