About the Role We are seeking an accomplished Director to lead strategic consulting engagements in the Food & Agribusiness sector. This role involves driving business growth and advising senior executives across the value chain. Key Responsibilities • Lead complex, multi-workstream consulting engagements from strategy through execution • Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders • Drive business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth • Advise clients on business transformation, supply chain optimization, and M&A • Apply deep sector expertise across Agri Commodities, Food Ingredients, Dairy, Animal Protein, Food Wholesalers & Retailers, and CPG • Address industry challenges involving commodity price volatility, risk management, and sustainability • Lead and mentor consulting teams while contributing to practice development Requirements • 15–20 years of professional experience, including 5 years in Food & Agribusiness • Recent experience with a leading consulting firm serving the Food & Agribusiness sector • Proven experience leading client-facing engagements and managing executive relationships • Demonstrated success in business development and commercial negotiations • Strong combination of industry operating experience and strategic consulting expertise • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred • Willingness to travel based on client requirements Preferred Experience • Experience across multiple Food & Agribusiness subsectors • Established industry network and C-suite relationships • Experience managing P&L or consulting service-line growth • Knowledge of commodity trading, food safety regulations, and sustainability frameworks
