About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Director of FP&A to build the planning and reporting function from the ground up for a growing, PE-backed enterprise software company. This is a high-impact, individual-contributor role with a direct line to the CFO, leadership team, and board. Key Responsibilities • Build the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, long-range plan, and scenario models • Develop driver-based models for bookings, backlog, ARR, subscription, license, and professional services revenue • Own monthly management, board, and PE-owner reporting, including EBITDA, cash flow, and KPI analysis • Create an ARR-to-GAAP revenue bridge and a 13-week cash forecast • Lead headcount and compensation planning with HR and department leaders • Serve as the FP&A owner during a NetSuite implementation and build dashboards in Power BI • Partner with Sales, Product, and Professional Services on pricing, deal economics, and investment decisions Requirements • Deep SaaS experience • Advanced financial modeling skills • NetSuite experience • MBA, CFA, or CPA • Private equity reporting experience is a plus
