About the Role We are seeking a Disaster Recovery Programmer Support to join our team in Jersey City, NJ. This role involves developing and maintaining disaster recovery test documentation, tracking issues during testing, and managing reporting for all in-scope applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain DR Test documentation for all in-scope applications • Track issues found during testing to completion • Manage DR Test Day Reporting at the conclusion of each test • Review existing KRIs and enhance as needed • Script and enhance recovery plan creation procedures • Enhance and automate the Fusion planning process Requirements • A minimum of 1-2 years of JavaScript experience • Expertise in HTML and CSS • Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel • Experience developing and maintaining RESTful and/or SOAP based APIs • Knowledge of DR Replication Technologies like VMware SRM • Understanding of Fusion Risk Management System or similar tools • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills • Able to work effectively under pressure, independently, and within a collaborative team-oriented environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills Highly Desired Skills • Experience as a Salesforce Administrator or with the Salesforce Platform • Experience with ServiceNow, specifically Flow Designer • Understanding of relational database object models
