About the Role We are seeking a senior identity architect to lead enterprise IAM design and governance for an East Coast health system. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise IAM design and governance • Direct vendors and contracted engineers Requirements • 10+ years in IT architecture or identity, in a healthcare environment • Deep expertise in at least four of: Entra ID, SailPoint, Active Directory, ServiceNow identity flows, SAML/OIDC • Experience with role mining, birthright access, and Workday-driven lifecycle design • Epic Security build experience strongly preferred • Required certifications: SC-300, SailPoint IdentityNow/IIQ, or CIDPRO (TOGAF within 1 year of hire)
