About the Role VASG is seeking an experienced .NET Developer for a year-long contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong C#/.NET development skills and experience working with data processing and integrations. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain new and existing software applications • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, and testing • Develop technical specifications based on business requirements • Build code that processes and cycles through data efficiently • Work on data integrations and troubleshoot software issues • Analyze code, identify root causes of errors, and implement solutions • Collaborate with end users and technical teams to understand requirements • Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve development processes • Explore prompt engineering and AI tools to enhance day-to-day development productivity Requirements • 5–7 years of professional experience in .NET and C# development • Experience building code that processes and cycles through data • Strong understanding of data integrations • Interest in prompt engineering and using AI tools to support software development • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to work onsite five days a week in Brentwood, TN
