About the Role We are looking for a .NET Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in AI Agentic Frameworks to join our team in Norfolk, VA. This role requires 10+ years of experience in .NET development and a strong background in various .NET technologies. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain full stack applications using .NET technologies • Implement AI-assisted coding solutions using tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Windsurf • Work with AI Agentic Frameworks and Agentic AI solutions • Design and implement database solutions using SQL Server, Sybase, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and Redis • Participate in CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git Requirements • 10+ years of experience in .NET development • Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, VB.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and Web API • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding using GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Windsurf • Experience with AI Agentic Frameworks and Agentic AI solutions • Database experience with SQL Server or Sybase • Familiarity with MongoDB, Elasticsearch/Kibana, and Redis • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git • Understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI capabilities, and AI Agent evaluations • Experience analyzing cross-functional requirements and translating them into techno-functional requirements • Knowledge of Call Center IVR, voice/chat AI agents, and agentic AI-based applications • Familiarity with Microsoft Agent Framework and Spec-Driven Development • Angular knowledge is a plus • Carelon SCS applications and business process experience preferred.
