About the Role We are looking for a Dotnet Fullstack Engineer with AI development background to join our team in Sydney, Australia. This contract position involves working with agentic AI, LLM, and RAG technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement AI-powered platforms • Lead technical strategy and architecture • Drive delivery of AI agents and integrations • Build APIs, services, and AI workflows • Focus on .NET, cloud, integration, testing, and operational excellence Requirements • Strong software engineering fundamentals • Experience with React/TypeScript, C#/.NET, APIs, microservices • Cloud-native development (Azure/AWS) experience • DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and production support • Practical experience delivering LLM-powered and Agentic AI solutions Key capabilities include: • Building AI agents and conversational applications • API/tool integration and enterprise system orchestration • RAG, prompt engineering, vector search, and knowledge retrieval • Conversational AI, including intent classification, NLU/NLP, entity extraction, and context management • Human-in-the-loop workflows, escalation patterns, and AI guardrails • Agent observability, evaluation, reliability, and performance monitoring Highly desirable experience includes: • Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI/AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel • Dynamics 365 Contact Centre • Voice Bots, IVR, PSTN, and contact-centre routing • Agent testing, synthetic conversations, and Responsible AI • Multi-agent architectures, Power Platform, and Dataverse
