About the Role We are looking for an experienced Duck Creek Developer to join our team. This role involves hands-on development, configuration, customization, and integration of Duck Creek applications within the P&C Insurance domain. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, configure, and customize Duck Creek applications • Work on Duck Creek modules such as Policy, Billing, and/or Claims • Configure business rules, workflows, forms, rating, products, and other Duck Creek components • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and web services • Work with business analysts and technical teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions • Perform unit testing, debugging, defect fixing, and production support • Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices • Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities • Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment Requirements • 5–8 years of overall IT experience • Strong hands-on experience in Duck Creek development • Experience in at least one Duck Creek module: Policy, Billing, or Claims • Experience with Duck Creek tools/components such as Author, Product Studio, Rules and Workflows, Forms/Manuscripts • Strong knowledge of C#, .NET/.NET Core • Experience with SQL Server and SQL • Knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations • Good understanding of P&C (Property & Casualty) Insurance • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology
