About the Role Our Utilities client is looking for a Dynatrace Engineer to join their monitoring team. This person will assist with the deployment, maintenance, configuration, integration, optimization, automation, and enhancement of Dynatrace Cloud on the infrastructure and applications side. Key Responsibilities • Assist with deployment, maintenance, configuration, integration, optimization, automation, and enhancement of Dynatrace Cloud • Escalate alerts to another team for resolution • Communicate effectively with less technical team members Requirements • Senior Dynatrace Engineer experience (deployment, maintenance, configuration, integration, optimization, automation, enhancement) • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with less technical team members
