About the Role We are looking for a Dynatrace Expert to join our team. This role focuses on monitoring, tagging, and automation within Dynatrace environments. Key Responsibilities • Implement Dynatrace Monitoring and Ownership Models • Develop Dynatrace Workflows and Automation Engine solutions • Manage Incident Detection, Alert Routing, and MTTR Optimization • Integrate Freshservice / ServiceNow ITSM systems • Utilize Davis AI for Problem Detection and Root Cause Analysis • Create Service Flow, Dependency Mapping, and Dashboards • Work with Cloud Environments: AWS, Azure, GCP Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace tagging • Proficiency in automation workflows • Experience with ITSM integrations, preferably Freshservice • 8 years of relevant experience
