About the Role We are seeking an Epic-certified analyst with hands-on Behavioral Health build experience to support a county healthcare organization's Epic implementation. Key Responsibilities • Configure Epic Behavioral Health workflows, assessments, treatment plans, and documentation • Build Navigators, SmartForms, Flowsheets, Note Templates, and SmartTexts • Support testing, production issue resolution, training, and go-live activities Requirements • Active Epic Ambulatory or Inpatient ClinDoc certification (proof required) • 5+ years of Epic Analyst experience, including 2+ years of hands-on Behavioral Health build • At least two full-cycle Epic implementations involving Behavioral Health build • Hands-on experience building Navigators, SmartForms, and Flowsheets • Ability to explain Epic workflows and configurations clearly to clinical stakeholders • Availability to work full-time through approximately July 2027 Experience with Crisis, Residential, SUD, 42 CFR Part 2, and California Medi-Cal BH workflows is preferred.
