About the Role We are seeking an EHS Communications & Training Leader to join our corporate team. This role will lead the development of enterprise-wide environmental, health and safety training, communications and professional development programs. Key Responsibilities • Lead the development of enterprise-wide EHS training, communications and professional development programs • Improve EHS knowledge and strengthen compliance across international operations • Create consistent training practices in a complex, international operation • Partner with corporate, operational and executive leaders to influence safety culture Requirements • Bachelor's degree required • 7+ years of EHS experience, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, metals, transportation, chemical or other heavy industry environments • Experience developing and delivering EHS training programs, learning systems, curriculum, and onboarding initiatives • Strong environmental and safety background with technical credibility to partner with EHS leaders and operational stakeholders • Corporate or multi-site experience preferred, with the ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization
