About the Role We are looking for an Embedded Systems Engineer to support the development and delivery of HMI display solutions. This role focuses on Systems Engineering, Requirements Management, Validation & Verification, rather than traditional software development. Key Responsibilities • Gather and translate customer needs into technical requirements • Develop and manage system and product requirements • Create test strategies, test plans, and verification procedures • Perform system-level testing and validation • Track defects and verify product functionality • Collaborate with software, systems, validation, and UI/UX teams • Maintain requirement traceability and validation documentation Requirements • Embedded Systems / Systems Engineering / Requirements Engineering / Validation & Verification • Strong knowledge of Requirements Development, Analysis & Management • Hands-on experience creating and executing Test Plans, Test Cases & Verification Procedures • Understanding of System-Level Testing and Validation Methodologies • Ability to review technical requirements and verify product functionality • Strong Documentation, Analytical, Troubleshooting & Communication Skills • Experience working with Software, Hardware, Systems & Validation Engineering Teams Ideal Background • Embedded Systems / Systems Engineering • Requirements Engineering • Validation & Verification (V&V) • HMI / Display Systems • Test Planning & Execution • Energy, Transportation, Automotive or Industrial Equipment
