About the Role We are looking for experienced Energy Marshals to join our team for multiple hyperscale and mission-critical data center projects across the United States. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) activities • Ensure safe energization and commissioning of electrical systems • Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and operations teams • Lead electrical safety compliance on-site • Verify energization procedures and documentation • Support the safe delivery of mission-critical infrastructure Requirements • Background in data center, mission-critical, power generation, utility, or industrial projects • Strong understanding of LOTO and NFPA 70E • Electrical commissioning, startup, or construction experience • Experience working on medium and high-voltage systems preferred
