About the Role We are looking for an experienced Engineering Lead / Architect with strong expertise in Python, AI/LLM integrations, full-stack development, system architecture and engineering team leadership. This role focuses on building scalable AI-powered products and leading engineering teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead technical architecture and engineering delivery across AI and automation products • Design scalable APIs, database schemas, integration patterns and workflow orchestration • Build and manage LLM/Claude API integration layers • Develop AI-powered automation workflows with retries, queues and human-in-the-loop processes • Design secure multi-tenant access control and credential management • Integrate third-party platforms and APIs using OAuth • Drive code reviews, technical mentoring and engineering best practices • Lead and manage junior and mid-level developers • Establish AI testing, evaluation, observability and quality standards • Collaborate with US-based stakeholders and offshore engineering teams Requirements • 13+ years of professional software engineering experience • Strong hands-on Python and AI engineering background • Proven engineering leadership and team management experience • Experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications • Strong communication skills for US and India team
