About the Role We are looking for an experienced Engineering Lead to join our AI platform team at Secure369 Solutions. This role involves driving Model Context Protocol (MCP) delivery and leading technical execution on AWS AgentCore. Key Responsibilities • Own MCP architecture and delivery patterns within AgentCore Runtime & Gateway • Sequence a 40+ server backlog based on business value, domain risk, dependencies, and reusable components • Define standards for tool naming, schemas, validation, error handling, Python packages, and Terraform modules • Lead and mentor engineers, driving work allocation, design reviews, hiring, and career growth • Partner with security and app owners on API contracts, scoped permissions, identity tokens, and Okta integration • Build reference implementations and critical integrations while ensuring quality, rollout/rollback strategies, and operational readiness Requirements • 10+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in a formal engineering leadership role • Deep AWS expertise, including designing production systems with IAM, networking, and multi-account configurations • Strong hands-on Python and Terraform skills with solid CI/CD practices • Hands-on MCP server/tool development experience (transports, discovery, invocation, schemas, agent integration) • Experience shipping LLM or agent-based systems to production (secure tool access, failure handling, task evaluation)
