About the Role We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams, optimize delivery processes, and ensure predictable execution of product roadmaps in a dynamic SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams • Drive delivery excellence, roadmap execution, and Agile practices • Monitor and optimize engineering performance using DORA and SPACE metrics • Coach, mentor, and support engineers in their career development • Foster team engagement, collaboration, and psychological safety • Improve engineering workflows, quality standards, and operational efficiency • Coordinate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders across distributed teams Requirements • Proven experience managing engineering teams of 5+ members • Strong expertise in people management and engineering delivery • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban • Understanding of CI/CD, modern software development practices, and engineering performance metrics • Experience leading distributed teams across locations and time zones • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience in SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, DevOps, or software engineering leadership will be an added advantage.
