🚨 Urgent Hiring – Japanese Interpreter (JLPT N1/N2 Mandatory) 📍 Location: Surat, Gujarat 📅 Working Days: Monday – Friday 📄 Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Renewable) | 3rd Party Payroll 🔎 Who We Are Looking For We are hiring a Japanese Interpreter to support communication between Japanese management and Indian staff at a leading steel manufacturing plant serving Automobile and Engineering clients.   This role requires strong technical interpretation skills in an industrial environment. ⚠️ Important – Read Before Applying ✔ JLPT N1 or N2 certification is mandatory ❌ JLPT N3 candidates will NOT be considered ❌ IT background candidates will NOT be considered ✔ Only candidates with Manufacturing / Automobile / Industrial experience ✔ Age: 25–35 years ✔ Must be ready to work from Surat 🎯 Key Responsibilities Provide simultaneous & consecutive interpretation (Japanese ↔ English/Hindi) Translate technical discussions, safety procedures & operational instructions Translate documents, manuals, SOPs & emails accurately Act as liaison between Japanese management & local staff Support day-to-day plant operations and shop floor coordination Eliminate language barriers during meetings and training sessions 🛠 Required Skills & Experience JLPT N1 or N2 (Mandatory) Fluent in Japanese, English & Hindi Prior experience as Interpreter/Translator in manufacturing/industrial setting Strong understanding of technical and plant terminology Excellent verbal & written communication skills 📩 Immediate Joiners Preferred This is a very urgent requirement.
